As a hands-on IT Engineer, I have years of experience and detailed knowledge of networking, computers, servers and home entertainment systems. Technical expertise includes Windows (all versions), Servers 2003/2008, telecommunications, DSL, Cable internet, firewalls and routing. My goal now is to help anyone who needs it, especially seniors, non-profits and the technology challenged. I excel at all levels of customer support and satisfaction and have a formal education in IT systems.
